Sekirite anvan tout bagay

We account for every student, from CMF to the field and back to CMF.

Transport and safety are the center of this program. Not an add-on. Every session runs through controlled checkpoints, signed by adults, and confirmed to parents in real time.

The Safe Transport Model

  1. 01
    School dismissal

    Students finish class at CMF.

  2. 02
    Roster check at CMF gate

Coordinator confirms each student against the day's roster.

  3. 03
    Supervised bus boarding

Bus monitor verifies the bus list before departure. Parent group is notified.

  4. 04
    Training at the secured field

Second roster check on arrival. 90-minute session with first-aid lead present.

  5. 05
    Roster check before return

Headcount confirmed. Parent group is notified before the bus leaves.

  6. 06
    Return to CMF

No drop-offs in between. Students return to the school they started from.

  7. 07
    Parent pickup with signed release

Authorized adult signs the pickup sheet. Day closes only when every student is accounted for.

Adult-to-Student Ratio
1 : 10

Minimum. At least six responsible adults attached to every 60-student session: site coordinator, monitors, coaches, first-aid lead, escort.

Why this rigor

The current security context in Haiti is serious. We do not pretend otherwise. The program exists because students still deserve to play, learn, and be mentored, but only if we can move them with discipline. Every rule on this page is a promise to the families who trust us with their children.

See the U.S. State Department travel advisory for current conditions.
