Frères ansanm

Founded by alumni. For the next generation.

Frères Football Initiative is an alumni-led pilot at Collège Méthodiste de Frères. We pair football with mentorship, academics, and safe transport so that 60 students can show up, learn, and get home safely.

Our story

We grew up at CMF. Football was where we learned to show up for each other, to win as a team, and to lose without losing each other. Years later, looking at what students are navigating today, we knew we owed it back.

So we started small and on purpose. One school. Sixty students. Ten weeks. Football and mentorship and academic check-ins, all together. We picked CMF because it is home and because we know the staff, the families, and the field.

Most of all, we are launching with safe transport first. No student should have to choose between an opportunity and a safe ride home. That is the line we will not move.

What we stand for

01
Safety first

Safe transport, certified staffing ratios, and incident reporting are non-negotiable. Everything else is built on top of that.

02
Alumni-led

The people running this program walked the same halls. We are accountable to the school and to each other.

03
Radically transparent

Every dollar is tracked publicly. You can read the budget and the expense log before you give.

04
Student-centered

We measure success by attendance, growth, and what students tell us, not by trophies.
